Microsoft Office Web Portal

To access your Microsoft Office 365 Business account and services you would normally start from the main Office Web Portal.

NOTE1: You can also use an easy to remember URL http://portal.office.com which will redirect you to the same site.

Sign In to your account

Make sure you sign into your account using the full email address (not alias) you were given by your account administrator.  

If you're having trouble accessing your account, first check that you're using your full email address and company domain name i.e. firstname.lastname@mycompany.co.uk. Next, make sure you're observing the case sensitivity of your password (check Caps Lock) and any special characters are being entered correctly.

For Laptop users especially, it's a good idea to open Notepad or similar and type the password in to make sure the keyboard is entering what you expect before attempting to enter the details into the site again.

NOTE2: Office365 enforces complex passwords by default, which can mean a mixture of upper and lower case as well as numbers and special characters may need to be used in your password.
